4:00 pm- 5:00 pm: Virtual Yoga
Are you ready to find your roar? Join our virtual yoga session, hosted by Emily Rose Cooper, co-owner of Iowa City's own Muddy Feet Yoga. Don't have a yoga mat? No problem, grab a towel or find a soft spot on your carpet and join in!
For this virtual yoga session, Emily will lead you through an hour of heart-pumping POWER Yoga! Bring a friend, a towel/mat, and an open mind. No experience needed! Emily is a fearless teacher who’s classes are powerful and purposeful. Yoga has helped transform her life both mentally and physically over the past decade; having lost 160 lbs and fully embracing the muddy and messy work of true personal growth. Emily encourages her students to value practice over perfection; learning to dig deep, find genuine joy, and push toward growth both on and off the mat. Come see what you're capable of!
